Curri is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead the strategy and execution of a new Enterprise Platform Sales department. You'll be responsible for building a multi-million dollar business vertical and shaping the go-to-market strategy. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the Enterprise Platform Sales department at Curri. You will define the sales process and develop a comprehensive strategy to penetrate the market effectively. You will hire and mentor the initial team of enterprise sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed. You will work closely with the leadership team to align the sales strategy with the company's overall objectives. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. You will set ambitious sales targets and drive the team to achieve them, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that the sales strategy is supported by effective campaigns and product offerings. You will report on sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
