You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with experience in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop effective go-to-market strategies that align with customer needs and market trends. You excel in building relationships with key stakeholders and understand the complexities of multi-stakeholder organizations. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, ensuring your team is motivated and aligned with business objectives.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to maintain rigorous pipeline and forecasting cadences. You are adept at defining and upholding high-caliber sales processes, from discovery through validation and alignment with executives. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership ensures that you can articulate strategies and results clearly.
What you'll do
As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will own CaptivateIQβs enterprise new business motion, focusing on driving predictable ARR growth across our largest accounts. You will be responsible for setting the enterprise go-to-market strategy and building comprehensive territory and account plans. Your role will involve leading a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped to land and expand within complex organizations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SDRs and sales specialists, to ensure cohesive execution across the enterprise funnel. Your leadership will guide the team through the sales process, emphasizing value-based validation and executive alignment. You will report directly to the VP of Sales, providing insights and strategies on how to win and expand in the enterprise segment.
