You have a proven track record in revenue operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. Your expertise lies in building structured, data-driven growth engines that align with aggressive revenue targets. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of process rigor in driving success.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with metrics frameworks that inform decision-making. Your ability to partner with executive teams and institutionalize operational systems is key to your success. You are passionate about creating predictable revenue growth and have experience in managing long sales cycles.
What you'll do
As the Head of Revenue Operations at Cyngn, you will own the design of the sales funnel and develop pipeline analytics that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the executive team to establish forecasting frameworks that align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve institutionalizing process rigor across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation.
