You are data-driven, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and enhance forecasting accuracy. You possess strong leadership skills, having built and managed high-performing teams that deliver results. Your experience with modern tech stacks, including Salesforce and other revenue operations tools, enables you to optimize processes and drive automation. You are passionate about tackling financial crime and are excited to contribute to a mission-driven SaaS company.
Desirable
Experience in AI-enhanced forecasting and familiarity with advanced analytics tools will set you apart. A background in the financial services industry or SaaS environments is highly desirable, as is a track record of managing global teams.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the operating system that supports ComplyAdvantage's global go-to-market strategy. You will partner with executives to shape long-term planning and customer journey strategies, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will drive quarterly initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks in the sales funnel and enhance overall revenue program management. Your role will involve governing end-to-end data processes, building actionable dashboards, and delivering strategic insights that inform decision-making at the board level. You will own and optimize the GTM tech stack, focusing on tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, to enhance productivity and drive automation. You will lead a globally distributed RevOps team, ensuring measurable ROI and fostering a culture of high performance.
