SevenRooms is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy to lead and optimize GTM processes for revenue growth. You'll collaborate with various teams to define strategy and implement performance metrics. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

You have a proven track record in revenue operations, with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing go-to-market strategies. Your ability to collaborate across departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance sets you apart as a strategic leader. You understand the intricacies of planning, reporting, and forecasting, and you excel at implementing performance metrics that drive revenue growth. Your leadership style fosters a high-performing, results-oriented environment where team members feel empowered to contribute to the company's success.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making. Your experience in quota allocation and management, process optimization, and territory planning equips you to oversee the design of sales incentive plans effectively. You are passionate about enabling teams to achieve their goals and are skilled at building relationships with revenue leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration.
What you'll do
As the Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy, you will lead the Revenue Operations team, focusing on increasing revenue growth through effective sales processes and systems. You will define and implement strategies that align with the company's revenue goals, ensuring that all revenue-generating functions are working cohesively. Your role will involve overseeing the GTM Enablement team, ensuring that enablement initiatives are executed effectively across all departments. You will be responsible for planning, reporting, and forecasting, and will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate with various teams to define performance metrics and influence alignment across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing processes and systems that support revenue growth, and you will play a key role in managing the overall design of the sales incentive plan in partnership with Finance and People teams. Your ability to foster strong relationships with Revenue leadership will be essential in achieving the company's objectives.
