You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the mid-market segment, and understand the nuances of building strong relationships with clients. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive customer retention and growth, ensuring that clients achieve long-term success with the solutions provided. You are adept at managing renewals and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion, always keeping the customer's needs at the forefront of your strategy.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at various levels. Your ability to foster strong relationships is complemented by your strategic mindset, enabling you to align customer goals with the company's offerings. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can advocate for your clients within the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring that each client receives the support and resources they need to succeed. You will drive customer retention by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with D2L's products. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships that lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty.

You will also identify opportunities for growth within your accounts, working closely with internal teams to expand revenue streams and enhance the value delivered to clients. This includes managing renewals and upselling additional services that align with customer needs. Your role will require you to collaborate with various departments, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for your clients.
