You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the mid-market segment, where you've successfully driven growth strategies and managed client relationships. You excel in communication and collaboration, working effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and you are passionate about enhancing the post-purchase experience for merchants and their customers. Your experience in developing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives has equipped you with the skills to drive product adoption and engagement across your portfolio. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the growth and merchant relationship management strategy for a portfolio of Extend's mid-market merchants. You will be responsible for launching new programs and optimizing ongoing growth initiatives, ensuring that each strategic relationship you manage is nurtured and developed. You will monitor and evaluate program performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity that can enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
You will perform quarterly business reviews with both internal and external executive leadership, presenting findings and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness. Your role will also involve driving go-to-market strategies and ensuring the successful adoption of new product features across your book of business. You will manage promotional strategies and marketing efforts to maximize engagement and retention among your merchants.
