What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at D2L, you will be the bridge between our innovative products and our clients' needs. You will spend your days engaging with educators and institutions to understand their specific challenges and goals. By leveraging your knowledge of D2L's offerings, you will propose tailored solutions that enhance the learning experience and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure that clients receive the support they need to maximize the value of our products. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing training, and gathering feedback to inform product development. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
