Your experience includes working with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Apache Flink, and Apache Airflow, which you have used to streamline data processes and enhance performance. You are proficient in ANSI SQL query languages, allowing you to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Additionally, you have demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java, which you leverage to build robust data solutions.

You understand the intricacies of both private and public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and can navigate these environments to deliver optimal solutions for clients. Your interpersonal skills enable you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making you comfortable in high-level executive conversations as well as detailed technical discussions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to ensuring that SingleStore meets the evolving needs of its customers.

What you'll do

As a Principal Solutions Engineer at SingleStore, you will work directly with sales teams and channel partners to identify customer pain points and demonstrate how SingleStore can alleviate these challenges. You will provide value-based demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions to prospective and current customers. Your role will involve supporting proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions, ensuring that clients understand the value proposition of our technology.

You will collaborate closely with product management to ensure that our offerings are aligned with current and future data challenges faced by customers. This includes building cutting-edge deployments of SingleStore data architectures tailored to the specific needs of strategic clients. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
