Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development, ideally within the worktech or financial services sectors. Your background includes building and maintaining executive relationships, particularly with platforms like ADP and Workday, which are crucial for driving strategic initiatives. You possess a deep understanding of HCM and payroll systems, enabling you to identify opportunities that align with DailyPay's mission to transform employee payment experiences.
You are a strategic thinker who excels at developing business cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for partnership initiatives and drive them to fruition. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects and teams from a distance.
Desirable
You have existing executive relationships with ADP or Workday, which can facilitate quicker partnership development. Familiarity with the Benefit Broker Market is a plus, as it will help you navigate the complexities of employee benefits and compensation strategies.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Partnerships, you will lead the charge in exploring new revenue streams and product opportunities through strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on generating leads for the sales teams across all segments, ensuring that DailyPay's offerings are well-positioned in the market. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's goals.
You will also consult with the Product team to identify key extensions and integrations that can enhance DailyPay's business model. Post-contract execution, your role will involve ensuring that the sales teams cultivate strong relationships with each partner, fostering collaboration and mutual success. You will be responsible for setting the partnership strategy and guiding your team towards achieving these objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with DailyPay's mission to improve financial well-being for employees.
