Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in partnership management, demonstrating a strong ability to cultivate and manage high-value relationships that drive business growth. Your strategic thinking skills enable you to develop and execute effective partner strategies that align with organizational goals. You excel in building executive-level relationships, fostering trust and collaboration across various stakeholders.

Your operational excellence is evident in your ability to define and monitor partner performance metrics, ensuring that outcomes are regularly reported and opportunities for improvement are identified. You are adept at navigating complex cross-functional negotiations and managing contracts, ensuring that all parties are aligned and satisfied with the outcomes.

You possess a keen analytical mindset, capable of conducting market and competitive analyses to identify whitespace opportunities that can be leveraged for growth. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate risks and address challenges effectively, ensuring long-term success for both HubSpot and its partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of strategic product partners, working closely with them to achieve shared business and product objectives. You will develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies and business plans that align with HubSpotโ€™s growth goals, ensuring that all initiatives are impactful and measurable.

You will define and monitor key performance metrics for each partnership, regularly reporting on outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. Your direct ownership over complex negotiations and contract management will be crucial in driving successful partnerships.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Engineering to drive partner initiatives from strategy to execution. You will facilitate communication and collaboration among these teams, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with HubSpotโ€™s overall mission and objectives.
