You have a proven track record in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in managing strategic partnerships. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success. You are adept at program management, overseeing the execution of partnership engagements from inception to launch. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and align contractual terms is a key strength that sets you apart in this role.

Your passion for creating seamless experiences aligns with CLEAR's mission, and you are motivated by the opportunity to transform how people travel and interact with their environment. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of partnerships effectively.
Desirable
Experience in the travel or retail industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital and physical distribution channels. You may have a background in marketing or product management, which enhances your understanding of how to position CLEAR's offerings in the market. A network of contacts within the travel retail sector could also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the charge in pursuing new retail partnership opportunities to distribute CLEAR's travel products. You will own the full execution of new partnership engagements, from sourcing potential partners to facilitating pitches and aligning contractual terms. Your role will involve collaborating with the Director and VP to ensure successful launches and ongoing management of partnerships.
You will also be responsible for leading large strategic partner engagements with existing retail partners, driving growth and success through effective relationship management. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that partnerships align with CLEAR's overall strategy and objectives.
