What you'll do

As a Professional Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding of new populations for existing clients and launching xSME clients through streamlined integration processes. You will conduct quality assurance for client launches and changes, ensuring that all aspects meet the high standards expected by DailyPay. Your contributions will extend to various client projects, where you will conduct thorough reviews to optimize experiences. You will collaborate closely with Implementation Managers, Technical Engagement Analysts, and Implementations Control Analysts to ensure that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
