What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of 8-10 high-performing Account Executives, inspiring them to consistently exceed their sales goals. Your hands-on coaching approach will involve regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support, helping each team member develop their skills and achieve their individual targets. You will also analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance team performance.

As a leader, you will foster a culture of accountability and high achievement, encouraging your team to take ownership of their results. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to modernize the dental industry through technology.
