You have a strong background in dental design, with experience working in a dental lab environment. Your bilingual skills in English and Canadian French enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clinicians and patients. You are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and have a passion for modernizing the dental industry through technology. Your expertise allows you to troubleshoot issues and provide real-time support, ensuring quality outcomes for every case.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with doctors to review and refine case designs. Your ability to build confidence in digital tools and provide expert guidance on complex cases is a key strength. You are empathetic and understand the importance of clear communication in a clinical setting, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with clinicians to collaborate on treatment plans, reviewing and refining case designs to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients. You will provide live clinical support through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and video, troubleshooting issues and clarifying workflows as needed. Your role is crucial in building customer confidence in Dandy's digital tools and ensuring that clinicians have the support they need to deliver exceptional care.

You will also be responsible for managing your schedule effectively, accommodating various shift times to meet the needs of the team and the clinicians you support. Your expertise in dental design will be instrumental in guiding clinicians through complex cases, helping them navigate challenges and achieve successful outcomes for their patients.
