What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with doctors to review and refine treatment plans, ensuring that case designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will provide live clinical support, communicating directly with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows. Your ability to offer expert guidance on complex cases will help build customer confidence in Dandy's digital tools. You will also be responsible for ensuring that every interaction contributes to an exceptional experience for doctors and their patients.
