You have a strong background in dental design, which allows you to tackle complex clinical inquiries with precision and accuracy. Being bilingual in English and Canadian French, you can effectively communicate with a diverse range of dental professionals. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional support to ensure operational excellence. Your experience enables you to coach team members and resolve escalated cases efficiently, making you a critical asset to the Customer Experience Team.

What you'll do

As a Dental Clinical Support Expert, you will leverage your deep technical knowledge to support doctors and ensure they receive the best possible assistance. You will manage booked calls to resolve complex, practice-level case issues, serving as the primary escalation point for inbound inquiries. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the organization. You will also be responsible for coaching team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle inquiries effectively and maintain high standards of customer service.
