You have a strong track record of beating revenue targets in complex enterprise sales β your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate intricate sales processes and close high-value deals. You thrive in building relationships with C-level executives and understand the nuances of selling to large independent software vendors (ISVs).
Your creativity and execution-oriented mindset enable you to identify and progress high-value opportunities effectively β you are adept at shaping data and AI strategies that resonate with clients. You possess a deep understanding of the Unified Data Analytics and AI landscape, which allows you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients.
You are results-driven and have a clear strategy to exceed revenue and consumption goals β your urgency and discipline in executing this strategy consistently lead to overachievement of targets. You are skilled at orchestrating the full ecosystem of your company to maximize customer value and drive deeper platform adoption.
Desirable
Experience in the data and AI sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the competitive landscape of independent software vendors in Germany. You are comfortable leading negotiations and have a knack for insight-led discussions that lead to successful closures of complex opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a flagship enterprise account and develop a clear strategy to exceed revenue goals β your focus will be on building relationships and closing new business within Germany's largest ISVs. You will leverage your knowledge and experience to shape the data and AI strategy for your clients, ensuring that you identify and progress high-value opportunities.
You will engage with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor and driving the adoption of Databricks' platform β your ability to build boardroom-level relationships will be crucial in this role. You will lead negotiations with confidence, utilizing insights to close complex opportunities that align with your clients' needs.
Your role will involve orchestrating the full Databricks ecosystem to maximize customer value β you will work closely with various teams to ensure that your clients receive the best possible service and support. You will also be responsible for uncovering and shaping new business opportunities, expanding use cases, and driving deeper platform adoption.
