Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on enterprise accounts. Your experience includes developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, and you have a proven track record of building positive relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives. You possess a deep understanding of Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, which enables you to provide genuine value to your clients. You are enthusiastic and driven, with a passion for helping businesses innovate and gain a competitive edge.

Desirable

Experience in the Unified Data Analytics space is a plus, as is familiarity with the Eastern European market. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can adapt to various communication styles to engage effectively with clients across different regions.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will focus on enhancing established commercial relationships and closing new business opportunities within a targeted portfolio of existing enterprise-class clients in Poland and the CEE region. You will assess your key accounts and develop a strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals. Implementing this strategy will be crucial to your success, as you work to build positive relationships with key decision-makers and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Data and AI-related subjects. You will identify new business opportunities and develop expand and consumption use cases within your key accounts, ensuring that you are always looking for ways to add value and drive growth.
