Sendbird is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise-level sales and build relationships with strategic accounts. You'll focus on an outbound approach to nurture a qualified sales pipeline. This position requires 5-7 years of technology sales experience.

You have 5-7 years of technology sales experience, demonstrating a relentless work ethic and dedication towards customers. You are a fast learner with a high level of energy and positivity, capable of building customer connections at scale. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to thrive in a high-intensity environment, focusing on closing enterprise-level customers.

You understand the importance of maintaining a customer-focused approach, ensuring that you are always ready to meet the needs of your clients. Your ability to quickly build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline is a testament to your strategic thinking and proactive nature. You are comfortable working with complex accounts and can effectively engage with key stakeholders to drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for closing enterprise-level customers in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on an outbound, self-sourced approach to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Your day-to-day activities will involve maintaining a high level of customer engagement and readiness, ensuring that you are always prepared to address client needs and challenges.

You will work closely with approximately 15 strategic accounts, partnering with key stakeholders to incorporate Agentic AI into their user experience. Your role will require you to be resourceful and tenacious, as you help grow the company in a multifaceted environment. You will be expected to leverage your technology sales experience to drive customer success and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the overall growth of Sendbird.
