Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers β you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and have a proven track record of new logo hunting. Your extensive experience in the Big Data and Cloud industries has equipped you with the knowledge to understand and articulate the value of innovative data solutions. You thrive in a competitive landscape and are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
Your technical sales experience allows you to effectively communicate the benefits of the Databricks Lakehouse platform β you can identify impactful use cases for big data and AI, guiding customers through the decision-making process. You understand consumption-based land and expand sales models, which enables you to develop strategies that maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. Your strong performance in closing complex software deals demonstrates your ability to exceed quotas and deliver exceptional results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assess your list of assigned accounts and develop a strategic approach to execute against it β your focus will be on building a robust customer base by identifying and closing new logo opportunities. You will lead your customers and partners in recognizing impactful big data and AI use cases, proving their value on the Databricks Lakehouse platform. Your ability to orchestrate and utilize internal teams will be crucial in maximizing the impact on your ecosystem.
You will build exceptional value with all engagements, guiding successful negotiations to close deals effectively. Collaborating closely with the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will contribute to the overall sales strategy and help shape the future of Databricks in the region. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving data analytics landscape.
