Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers β€” you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and have a proven track record of new logo hunting. Your extensive experience in the big data and cloud industries has equipped you with the technical knowledge necessary to engage with clients effectively. You excel in building relationships and understanding customer needs, allowing you to identify impactful use cases for the Databricks Lakehouse platform.

Your strong performance in previous roles demonstrates your ability to exceed sales quotas and drive strategic growth. You are creative and execution-oriented, always looking for innovative ways to maximize market opportunities. You understand the importance of collaboration and can orchestrate internal teams to enhance customer engagement and drive successful negotiations.

Desirable

Experience working with technical sales teams and a deep understanding of consumption-based models will set you apart. Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the data analytics space will help you position Databricks effectively against competitors.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Hunter Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy for your assigned accounts. You will build a customer base by identifying and closing new logo opportunities, leading your customers and partners to discover impactful big data and AI use cases. Your role will involve orchestrating internal teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem and ensuring that all engagements deliver exceptional value.

You will assess your list of assigned accounts and develop tailored strategies to execute against them. By leveraging your expertise in SaaS and big data, you will guide successful negotiations and close deals that expand Databricks' footprint across critical enterprise accounts in France. Your ability to identify land opportunities and develop expand/consumption use cases will be key to your success in this role.
