You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with C-Level executives and technical teams alike.
You are adept at developing and executing strategies to win high-potential accounts in untapped markets. Your ability to identify quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles is a testament to your strategic thinking and execution capabilities. You have a deep understanding of customer needs and are committed to delivering tailored solutions that create value.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on securing new Enterprise accounts across multiple industries, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships. You will develop and execute a focused strategy for identifying and winning high-potential accounts, ensuring that you maximize the impact of Databricks within these organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address client needs, leveraging your understanding of their business.
You will be responsible for planning, documenting, and driving the growth of Databricks usage in newly won accounts, ensuring that customer impact is maximized. Establishing essential relationships with C-Level executives, including those in Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science roles, will be key to your success. You will use a solution-based approach to selling, focusing on creating value for customers and leading them through the buying process.
