Job Description
Who you are
You have relevant experience selling to Commercial and Mid-Market accounts — you understand the sales process and are skilled at initiating and advancing conversations to deliver value. You excel at using a solution-based approach to selling, ensuring that you create value for new logo accounts. You are comfortable switching between technical stakeholders and business buyer personas, connecting customer challenges to business value throughout the sales cycle.
You are a self-starter who is passionate about solving business challenges — you have a track record of guiding deals to accelerate decision-making and articulating product value to customers and partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with cross-functional teams to close new business and grow existing accounts in the ASEAN market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assess your accounts and develop strategies to identify and engage all buying centers. You will track all customer details, including projects, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. You will map whitespace opportunities across your defined territory and use methodology to identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks' impact. You will also identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles, ensuring that you maximize the value delivered to your customers.
