You have over 6 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling technical products to high-growth, venture-backed companies. You understand the intricacies of the sales process and know how to compress decision cycles by penetrating accounts quickly and demonstrating value to customers. Your passion for technology drives you to understand products in-depth, allowing you to communicate their value effectively to clients. You thrive in environments where you can influence data strategies for disruptive companies and enjoy engaging with C-Level executives to understand their business outcomes.

You possess a strong ability to allocate resources effectively to break into new accounts and grow existing ones. Your strategic mindset enables you to communicate account strategies to senior leadership regularly, ensuring alignment and focus on key objectives. You are results-driven and consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets, showcasing your commitment to success.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Hunter Digital Native Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for selling to some of the most technologically advanced companies in the world. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with the company's goals while focusing on closing new customers and expanding consumption within existing accounts. Your role will involve meeting with various stakeholders, from C-Level executives to practitioners, to understand how Databricks can impact their business outcomes.

You will leverage a creative, fail-fast approach to selling, ensuring that you create value for customers while navigating the complexities of the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial as you work to exceed your sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams to develop plans for success, both for Databricks and your accounts.
