You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the Life Sciences and Big Pharma sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and understand their unique challenges. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of driving consumption growth and closing new business deals. Your ability to translate complex strategies into measurable outcomes sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively advise business and technology leaders on Data & AI-driven transformations. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with strategic partners and system integrators, co-creating value and accelerating customer impact. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of large organizations and can identify new use cases to deepen platform adoption.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Core Account Executive at Databricks, you will be a core member of our Global Account team, focusing on one of Switzerland’s largest Life Sciences organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive consumption growth and build executive relationships that lead to new business opportunities. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to shape the Data & AI strategy for your client, ensuring that existing projects are steered towards successful and scalable outcomes.

You will act with urgency and precision, translating high-level strategies into actionable plans that deliver consistent overachievement. Your role will involve collaborating with strategic partners and system integrators to extend reach and enhance customer impact. You will identify new use cases and deepen platform adoption, ensuring that your client realizes the full potential of Databricks’ offerings.
