With a strong focus on customer success, you understand how to bridge the gap between technical strategy and long-term value, ensuring that complex Data and AI initiatives are executed efficiently. Your leadership style fosters a culture of psychological safety and collaboration, empowering your team to excel in their roles.

You possess deep knowledge of the Data+AI landscape, including Data Lakehouse architecture and real-time analytics. Your expertise allows you to guide your team in advising customers on durable and scalable architectures that modernize their data stacks. You are adept at recruiting, coaching, and scaling diverse teams, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

What you'll do

As the Director of Delivery Solutions Architects, you will define and monitor the execution strategy for the Retail vertical, partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to accelerate time-to-value for customers. Your role involves shaping the post-sales execution strategy and driving platform adoption among strategic retail accounts. You will serve as a technical executive sponsor, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional value to clients.

You will lead a growing team of Delivery Solution Architects, focusing on their professional development and fostering a culture of customer obsession. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that your team is equipped to tackle the challenges of modern data initiatives.
