You are detail-oriented and skilled in estimating project scopes, requirements, and benefits. Your experience allows you to create comprehensive statements of work that align with customer expectations and business objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for service enhancements and upselling.

What you'll do

As an Engagement Manager, you will establish and nurture partnerships with Manufacturing & High-Tech customers, guiding them through the lifecycle of their engagement with Databricks. You will orchestrate the engagement process from vision to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Your role will involve consulting with clients to understand their specific needs and tailoring services to meet those requirements.

You will be responsible for identifying new service opportunities by analyzing customer use cases and articulating the business value of additional services. Collaborating with Sales, you will engage early in the sales process to align customer needs with Databricks offerings. Your focus will be on exceeding Professional Services and Training bookings and revenue targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
