What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, providing hands-on coaching and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will be responsible for establishing a clear regional growth and investment plan within your first 90 days, demonstrating your commitment to driving success. Building and sponsoring trusted relationships with executive-level customers will be a critical part of your role, as you work to expand Databricks' presence in the German market. You will also play a key role in high-impact hiring, raising the bar with every new team member you bring on board.
