Experience in the logistics and tech verticals is a plus, as is familiarity with data and AI solutions. You are comfortable navigating complex business problems and have a strategic mindset that allows you to develop and implement growth plans effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, providing hands-on coaching and support to ensure their success. You will be responsible for establishing a clear regional growth and investment plan within your first 90 days, demonstrating your commitment to driving results. Building and sponsoring trusted relationships with executive-level customers and partners will be a key part of your role, as you work to expand strategic accounts and drive long-term growth. You will also play a crucial role in hiring exceptional sales leaders as the team grows, ensuring that each new hire raises the bar for performance.
