What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, focusing on expanding relationships with key customers. You will be responsible for establishing a clear regional growth and investment plan within your first 90 days. Your role will involve hands-on coaching and high-impact hiring to strengthen and scale your team. You will leverage your network to build a strong talent pipeline and hire exceptional sales leaders as the team grows. Additionally, you will build and sponsor trusted relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term success. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and results within the sales organization.
