Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in partner sales and partner management, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth. Your background includes working closely with Sales Leadership and Partner Executives, allowing you to create unique go-to-market strategies that scale effectively. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within the Financial Services sector, and understand the nuances of working with Global, National, and Regional SI Partner teams.
Your expertise in opportunity qualification and advancement with SI Partners is complemented by your ability to develop tailored strategies that align with the specific needs of the Financial Services industry. You are adept at creating scaled programs that drive new logo adoption and expand existing customer relationships, particularly around high-value use cases. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
Desirable
Experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities that come with partner sales in this industry. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can adapt your approach to meet the needs of various stakeholders. A proven track record of success in similar roles will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Financial Services partners, leading initiatives that drive growth and adoption of Databricks solutions. You will develop and execute a comprehensive partner territory plan, focusing on creating subsector strategies that align with business growth goals. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will help them develop account plans that qualify and advance partner opportunities, ensuring that the Databricks account teams are well-equipped to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with C&SI Partner teams, which are crucial for our customers in Financial Services. You will work directly with Sales Leadership to create unique go-to-market strategies that drive scale and growth, materially accelerating Databricks adoption within the sector. You will also be responsible for creating scaled programs that facilitate new logo adoption and expand existing customer relationships, specifically around industry partner solutions tied to high-value use cases.
