You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a tech or media environment. You understand the nuances of user engagement and have a track record of successfully launching products that resonate with users. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and drive product strategy. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration across teams. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You are passionate about supporting creators and enhancing their experiences on platforms like Patreon.
Desirable
Experience in the creator economy or community-driven platforms is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in data analysis tools or product analytics platforms can enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Patreon, you will own the strategy and execution for the Core Experience team, focusing on how creators engage with their fans.
