Databricks is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive GTM-Field Engineering recruitment in the EMEA region. You'll develop unique hiring strategies and engage with both active and passive candidates. Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in recruiting, particularly within the software industry, and have a proven track record of driving recruitment for GTM-Field Engineering profiles. Your ability to build strategic partnerships within the business and cross-functionally has been key to your success in scaling high-growth software, data, or AI companies. You are comfortable serving as a mentor and expert in all recruiting-related activities, sharing your knowledge with others to enhance team performance.
You understand the importance of data in recruitment and are skilled at using metrics to create targeted recruiting strategies. You have a knack for identifying leading talent and are adept at activating and engaging passive candidates. Your approach to recruitment is both practical and creative, allowing you to meet hiring needs effectively.
You are committed to providing a positive interview experience for all candidates and regularly review experiential data to enhance the hiring process. You are passionate about driving diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and respected throughout the recruitment process.
Desirable
Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly in software, data, or AI, is highly desirable. You should have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in recruiting for technical roles, particularly in the EMEA region.
What you'll do
