What you'll do
As a GTM Engineer at Vanta, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for AI and automation across various GTM workflows, including prospecting and pipeline generation. You will design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and agents, leveraging tools like Salesforce flows and Workato, alongside your coding skills in Python and SQL. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity. You will also be tasked with building internal tools that support the GTM motion, ensuring that your solutions are both effective and user-friendly. Your contributions will directly influence key metrics such as pipeline generation and renewal velocity, making your work critical to Vanta's growth.
