You are a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in selling to Financial Services accounts β your experience allows you to navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to customers and system integrators. You thrive on understanding products in depth and are passionate about driving customer vision expansion. Your previous experience in an early-stage company has equipped you with the skills to identify and seize new opportunities while growing within existing accounts.
You have field sales experience within big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales β your ability to build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and program managers has been key to your success. You are adept at using a solution-based approach to selling, ensuring that you create value for your customers while exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Your familiarity with Salesforce allows you to track customer details meticulously, ensuring that you are always prepared for the next steps in the sales process.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Databricks, you will meet with key stakeholders including CIOs and IT executives to close both new and existing accounts. You will identify quick wins while managing longer, more complex sales cycles, ensuring that you are consistently exceeding your targets. Your role will involve promoting Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Sparkβ’, ensuring that you communicate its value effectively to your customers.
You will be responsible for tracking all customer details, including use cases and purchase time frames, in Salesforce. This meticulous approach will help you forecast accurately and prioritize opportunities effectively. You will also build a plan for success both internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts, ensuring that you are aligned with the company's goals and your customers' needs.
