Who you are
You are a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in selling to Financial Services accounts. With your experience, you understand how to sell innovation and drive change by expanding customer vision. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and are passionate about communicating the value of products to customers and system integrators.
You have previously worked in an early-stage company and know how to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your field sales experience within big data, cloud, or SaaS sales has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, program managers, and other key stakeholders. You are always looking for new opportunities to grow within existing accounts and exceed your targets.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will meet with CIOs, IT executives, and other important partners to close both new and existing accounts. You will identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles. Your goal is to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
You will track all customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. Using a solution-based approach to selling, you will create value for customers and promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Sparkβ’. You will prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources to build a plan for success both internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts.
