You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Financial Services sector. With your experience, you understand how to navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to key stakeholders, including CIOs and IT executives. You thrive in early-stage environments and are adept at building relationships that foster long-term partnerships. Your ability to compress decision cycles and identify quick wins while managing larger opportunities sets you apart in the competitive landscape.
You have a strong background in big data, cloud, or SaaS sales, which allows you to articulate the benefits of Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Sparkβ’. Your previous customer relationships with high-level executives enable you to leverage existing networks to drive new business opportunities. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked meticulously in Salesforce, allowing for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will meet with key decision-makers in Financial Services to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that drive value. You will be responsible for closing both new and existing accounts, utilizing a solution-based approach to selling. Your focus will be on exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. You will prioritize opportunities effectively, applying the appropriate resources to maximize success.
You will also build a strategic plan for success, collaborating internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts. You will be expected to track all customer details, including use cases and next steps, ensuring a seamless sales process. As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of Databricks in the Financial Services market.
