Your expertise includes open-source projects such as Apache Spark, MLflow, and Delta Lake, and you are passionate about promoting these technologies within developer communities.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to help customers understand how Databricks can solve their business challenges. You are a trusted advisor who can provide technical leadership and consult on big data architecture, ensuring successful adoption of the Databricks platform.

Desirable

Experience with proof of concepts for strategic customer projects and a solid understanding of data science and machine learning projects will set you apart. Familiarity with cloud services and third-party application integrations is a plus, as is the ability to present reference architectures and demo applications effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will lead the growth of the Unified Analytics Platform by partnering with the sales team to identify customer use cases and develop tailored architectures and solutions. You will consult on big data architecture and implement proof of concepts that demonstrate the value of Databricks to strategic customers. Your role will involve validating integrations with cloud services and other third-party applications, ensuring that customers can leverage the full potential of the platform.

You will also be responsible for building and presenting reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications that showcase the capabilities of Databricks. By becoming an expert in Databricks-inspired open-source projects, you will promote these technologies through meetups, conferences, and webinars, helping to build a community of champions around the platform.
