You are a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer with over 12 years of experience in providing frontline support for complex technical issues. You have a strong background in troubleshooting and diagnostics, ensuring system performance and reliability for data solutions. Your expertise allows you to engage directly with customers, understanding their technical issues and providing clear, actionable solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
You excel in incident management, leading the resolution of high-priority incidents and coordinating with various teams to address issues swiftly. Your ability to conduct thorough root cause analyses and develop preventive measures is key to avoiding recurrence of problems. You are also a collaborative team player, working closely with engineering, product management, and DevOps teams to share insights and drive improvements to the platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated issues related to the Databricks Data Intelligence platform. You will provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex problems affecting system performance. Engaging with customers directly, you will understand their technical requirements and ensure high levels of satisfaction through timely solutions.
You will lead the resolution of high-priority incidents, coordinating with various teams to mitigate issues swiftly. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analyses and developing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
