DataCamp is seeking a Director of Marketing Growth Strategy & Planning to define growth targets and lead strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive business growth.

Desirable

Experience in the data or AI sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes. You may have a background in project management or operations, which complements your marketing expertise and enhances your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define annual and quarterly growth targets and budgets across various teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will build the operating rhythm for growth, which includes forecasting, target-setting, and conducting monthly and quarterly reviews to assess performance. You will own strategic initiatives from start to finish, framing problems and developing business cases that drive experimentation and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and performance, as you guide your team through the complexities of growth strategy and execution.

You will collaborate closely with other departments, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure that growth initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be key in refining strategies and optimizing performance. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in the growth journey.
