Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in demand generation, ideally within the B2B SaaS space. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully planned and executed marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking ownership of the entire marketing function, from strategy to execution.
You possess a deep understanding of various marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and events. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure and optimize campaign performance effectively, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent contributes to high-quality inbound pipeline generation. You are a hands-on operator who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and drive results.
What you'll do
As the Director, Head of Growth, you will own and operate the entire demand generation engine, focusing on generating high-quality inbound leads for enterprise mortgage lenders. You will plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success teams. Your role will involve leading the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to target key enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving qualified pipeline generation.
You will be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring funnel performance from audience engagement to revenue generation. Utilizing tools such as HubSpot, 6sense, and Demandbase, you will analyze data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you shape the future of marketing at PLACE.
