You have a proven track record in sales and growth strategies, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes leading teams and driving significant growth in customer adoption and satisfaction. You understand the nuances of digital banking and can convey complex solutions in a compelling manner.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with prospects and build confidence in Narmi's offerings. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs enables you to identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly. What you'll do
As the Director of Growth at Narmi, you will lead initiatives to expand the number of financial institutions using Narmi's platform. You will be responsible for conveying the value of the Narmi One solution, which integrates various components to enhance digital banking experiences. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with potential clients, ultimately driving adoption and upsell opportunities.
You will collaborate with the Growth team, which includes Sales Development Representatives and Sales Engineers, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration. Your leadership will guide the team in building relationships with prospects and existing clients, fostering trust and confidence in Narmi's capabilities.
You will also analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to Narmi's mission of transforming digital banking for community financial institutions.
