What you'll do
As a Commercial Account Executive at Datadog, you will focus on net-new logo acquisition through outbound pipeline generation activities — your role is pivotal in driving the company's growth in the SMB market. You will become a Datadog expert through ongoing product and sales training, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients. Managing the full sales cycle, you will conduct technical demonstrations and negotiate contracts, working closely with Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel activity. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers, including Chief Technology Officers and Engineering/IT Leaders, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and how Datadog can meet them.
