You have over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, demonstrating a strong track record of driving new business and expanding existing client relationships. Your passion for technology and understanding of customer needs enable you to effectively communicate value and ROI to clients. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by achieving bold revenue targets. Your ability to build and maintain relationship maps for your territory showcases your strategic approach to account management. You are resourceful and can navigate challenges with ease, ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency in your sales process.

Desirable

Experience working with large, strategic clients is a plus, as is familiarity with technology solutions that drive business success. A background in SaaS or cloud-based services will help you understand the unique needs of Datadog's clients. You are a collaborative team player who values office culture and the relationships built within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prospect into a targeted set of accounts, running an efficient sales process to nurture existing client relationships while expanding Datadog's footprint. You will develop a deep comprehension of your customers' businesses, allowing you to negotiate favorable pricing and business terms effectively. Your responsibilities will include identifying business drivers behind opportunities and determining necessary steps to close business while gaining customer validation. You will ensure high forecasting accuracy and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the Major Accounts Team.
