Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of closing experience, with a mix of field selling within mid-market and enterprise environments. You are driven and have consistently met or exceeded direct sales goals of over $1 million, operating with an average deal size of $100,000 or more. Your ability to prospect effectively and develop relationships with key stakeholders is a testament to your sales methodology. You possess a deep comprehension of customer businesses, allowing you to identify their pain points and deliver appropriate solutions. You are resourceful when faced with challenges and have an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation. Your experience includes negotiating favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises, emphasizing the value and ROI of the solutions you provide.
Desirable
While not required, experience working with Fortune 1000 companies is a plus. Familiarity with cloud environments and the ability to articulate the benefits of cloud solutions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process. You will maintain, build, and own specific relationship maps for your territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Your goal is to develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses and their unique challenges. You will negotiate favorable pricing and business terms, ensuring that you sell value and ROI effectively. Handling existing customer expectations while expanding your reach and depth into your assigned territory will be crucial. You will demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions, ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency in your sales efforts.
