Who you are

You have a strong background in business development or sales, ideally with experience in value selling practices. You understand how to build compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI of products and services, and you have a knack for quantifying business value. Your experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, has equipped you with the skills to drive strategic initiatives effectively. You are creative and entrepreneurial, always looking for innovative ways to engage customers and enhance their experience with the product. You thrive in a hybrid workplace, valuing collaboration and relationship-building as key components of your success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner directly with customers in LATAM to develop business cases that highlight the value of Datadog's products. You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to instill value selling practices across the organization. Your efforts will directly impact revenue growth and strategic decision-making, as you help customers justify their investment in Datadog. You will also be responsible for building impactful programs and developing ROI/TCO value models that resonate with customers. Your role will require you to gain executive visibility both inside and outside the organization, showcasing the value that Datadog brings to its clients.
