Who you are
You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in enablement systems and tools. You understand the importance of automation and scalability in driving operational efficiency and have a knack for configuring and maintaining complex systems. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and RevOps, to deliver impactful solutions.
You thrive in a hybrid workplace, valuing the relationships and creativity that come from in-person collaboration while also being comfortable with remote work. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures that you can translate technical requirements into actionable insights that drive business value.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling Sales and Technical Enablement by designing and delivering system-driven solutions that reduce manual effort. You will partner closely with various teams to ensure that customer-facing teams are equipped with the right training, skills, and tools at the right time. Your focus on operational efficiency will help accelerate enablement impact across Sales and Technical teams, ultimately contributing to Datadog's growth.
You will also play a critical role in evolving the enablement systems and tool stack, ensuring they meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization. Your work will involve configuring systems to support the global Go-to-Market strategy, measuring effectiveness, and continuously improving processes to enhance productivity.
