Overview

Posh is hiring a Sales Enablement Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of their go-to-market teams. You'll focus on analyzing sales behaviors and developing training programs to drive better outcomes. This role is based in New York City.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement or a related field, with experience in analyzing sales performance and developing training programs that drive results. You understand the importance of translating insights into actionable strategies that improve team performance. You are execution-focused and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with sales teams to implement effective enablement solutions.

You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to review sales calls and identify patterns that can inform training and coaching initiatives. Your ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively is crucial in ensuring that sales representatives can leverage the training and resources you provide. You are passionate about improving sales processes and helping teams achieve their goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales calls using tools like Gong to identify successful behaviors among top performers. You will translate these insights into training programs and sales collateral that are practical and easy for sales representatives to use. Your focus will be on changing behaviors and improving outcomes, rather than just producing content. You will collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations to ensure that the enablement strategies align with the overall sales objectives of Posh.

You will also be involved in onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to succeed from day one. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, allowing you to continuously refine and improve the training programs you develop. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the sales enablement initiatives are integrated into the broader company strategy.
