Who you are
You have a strong background in contract management, with experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of vendor contracts. You are adaptable and skilled at navigating established playbooks and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency in contracting practices. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams makes you a key point of contact for procurement and internal stakeholders. You understand the nuances of SaaS and technology-related agreements, and you are comfortable handling the full contract lifecycle from intake to execution and amendment.
